this product is a patented product of our company (patent no.: zl200920021816 & zl2009200218190). it is a new type of brick making equipment independently developed by our company in combination with many years of production practice experience, which is suitable for the brick making industry of fly ash. it adopts continuous feeding at the top and continuous rotating unloading at the bottom. the material moves in the bin and digests at the same time. the moving time is exactly equal to the time required for digestion (the time is adjusted by the unloading mechanism at the bottom of the bin). the quicklime is fully digested so that the raw materials can react with each other to prevent the volume expansion caused by lime digestion during the autoclave process the brick is cracked, and the plasticity of the mixture is improved, which is easy to form. this product has the characteristics of advanced design concept and reasonable structure. it is one of the important production equipment in the production process of autoclaved fly ash brick.

3、 working principle and characteristics of the equipment
the material continuously enters the digestion bin from the upper feeding port and continuously discharges from the bottom. the material moves from top to bottom in the digestion bin layer by layer and digests while moving. the material entering the bottom of the bin is discharged from the bottom discharging port under the drive of the unloading claw. in the next process, when the material in the bin reaches the set height, the level meter sends a signal and the upper feeding system s feeding. the frequency converter can effectively adjust the output to ensure that the output can meet the production needs. the discharge cone can prevent the material from arching, make the material flow smooth, and ensure that the advanced materials are discharged first, and the incoming materials are discharged later, and the materials are discharged according to the feeding sequence.
