on november 24, 2014, the evaluation result of science and technology award of china association of circular economy was announced, and the key technology and industrialization of fly ash separation and comprehensive utilization jointly applied by our company and shandong university of science and technology won the second prize.
in order to solve the problem of classification and separation of fly ash and its comprehensive utilization, our company and shandong university of science and technology jointly set up a special scientific and technological research group, which adopted the technology of decarburization and iron removal of fly ash, classification and separation and floating bead recovery to realize the classification and separation of narrow level fly ash, obtained the first, second and third levels of fly ash, and effectively recovered the iron, carbon and floating bead in fly ash. up to now, the research results of this project have been published in 6 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad, and 8 patents have been authorized. it has the advantages of less investment, low operation cost, complete waste treatment, no heavy metal leaching, and no waste residue to be further treated. at present, it has been successfully applied in zhaolou coal mine preparation plant and tailings recovery process of yankuang group, and has created good economic benefits.
this project is also another significant achievement of our company on the road of "industry university research" cooperation. we are convinced that this project will have a significant positive effect on the efficient resource utilization of fly ash, so as to create more considerable economic and social benefits.
