recently, our company has successfully signed a contract with shouguang runze environmental protection technology co., ltd. for the project of shouguang municipal sludge preparation of high-performance lightweight aggregate under epc of our company. the total investment of the project is 310 million yuan. the design capacity is 1000 tons of municipal sludge per day, which is constructed in two phases. the first phase is 400 tons of municipal sludge per day, with an annual output of 300000 m 3 of high-performance lightweight aggregate. the construction period is five months. it is expected to be completed and put into operation in mid march 2019.

the project mainly uses shouguang municipal sludge as the main raw material, and takes into account the collaborative disposal of other industrial solid wastes in the city. on the basis of realizing the harmless disposal of sludge, the high-performance lightweight aggregate which is in short supply in the building materials market is prepared. the core technology of the project comes from the uk and has many years of successful operation experience in the uk. after being introduced, digested and absorbed by our company and adapted to the needs of china's national conditions, a patent technology with independent intellectual property rights has been formed. at present, the process technology has obtained 5 invention patents.

after the project is put into operation, on the one hand, it can completely solve the environmental protection pressure caused by municipal sludge in shouguang city, and truly realize the harmless disposal and resource utilization of municipal sludge; on the other hand, it can produce high value-added light aggregate products to replace natural sandstone aggregate. after the project is put into operation, it will have a certain reference and demonstration effect on coastal areas, plain areas and other areas with sand and gravel aggregate shortage.
